Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Cyber Security Presales Consultant to support the sales team in designing, presenting, and positioning cyber security solutions for enterprise customers. The candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding client security challenges and recommending appropriate security architectures and solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cyber security technologies, excellent presentation abilities, and hands-on experience in solution design and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their security infrastructure, business requirements, and technical challenges.
- Design and propose end-to-end cyber security solutions tailored to customer environments.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), solution validations, and technical assessments.
- Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning technical strategies for customer opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation on security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal engineering teams for solution positioning and implementation planning.
- Stay updated with emerging cyber threats, market trends, and latest security technologies.
- Support post-sales transition by ensuring smooth handover to implementation and support teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.

- CCNA / CCNP Security
- NSE Certification
- Palo Alto Certifications
- Microsoft Security Certifications
Required Skills

- Experience in enterprise customer engagement is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with System Integrators (SI), Value Added Resellers (VAR), or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
- Exposure to enterprise and government security projects.
- Experience handling large-scale cyber security deployments and tenders.
