Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Hacker with a strong background in business
development, marketing expansion, and revenue generation, specifically within the
Blockchain/Web3 services domain. This role is not just about marketing—it’s about owning growth, identifying new revenue channels, and bringing high-value blockchain development projects to the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Growth
â—Ź Drive end-to-end business acquisition for Blockchain services (DeFi, NFTs, Tokenization, Smart Contracts, L2 solutions, etc.)
â—Ź Identify, qualify, and close high-ticket global clients
â—Ź Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via inbound and outbound strategies
2. Market Expansion & Positioning
â—Ź Identify new market opportunities, geographies, and verticals
â—Ź Position ChicMic as a trusted blockchain development partner
â—Ź Develop GTM strategies for new service offerings
3. Growth Hacking & Marketing
â—Ź Execute data-driven growth experiments across channels (LinkedIn, Web3
communities, outbound campaigns)
â—Ź Leverage Web3 ecosystems, events, DAOs, and communities for lead generation
â—Ź Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI
4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
â—Ź Build partnerships with Web3 platforms, protocols, incubators, and VCs
â—Ź Create strategic alliances to generate consistent deal flow
5. Thought Leadership
â—Ź Contribute to content strategy (whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn insights)
â—Ź Build personal and company brand in the blockchain ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
â—Ź 3–8 years of experience in Growth / Business Development / Marketing
â—Ź Proven track record of closing deals in Blockchain/Web3 services
â—Ź Strong understanding of:
â—‹ DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Tokenization
â—‹ Smart Contracts (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.)
â—Ź Experience with B2B sales in IT/Blockchain services companies
â—Ź Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
â—Ź Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with revenue accountability
Preferred Qualifications
â—Ź Existing network in Web3 founders, startups, or investors
â—Ź Experience working with global clients (US, Europe, MENA)
â—Ź Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
â—Ź Prior experience in a services-based tech company
