Job Title: Senior Visa Filing Checker – Tourist & Visitor Visa Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visa Filing Checker – Tourist & Visitor Visa Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tourist and visitor visa documentation, application processing, and quality control. This role is responsible for reviewing visa files, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and supporting the successful submission of applications while maintaining high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify tourist and visitor visa application files before submission.
Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and meet embassy or immigration requirements.
Identify missing information or documentation and coordinate with case officers or clients for corrections.
Perform quality checks to minimize application errors and delays.
Maintain accurate records and organize client files in physical and digital formats.
Stay up to date with visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies for various countries.
Guide junior filing staff on documentation standards and best practices.
Coordinate with visa consultants and processing teams to ensure timely file submissions.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
Assist in resolving file discrepancies and application issues.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tourist and visitor visa filing or immigration documentation.
Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for multiple countries.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to review documents accurately under deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multiple embassy or consulate application procedures.
Knowledge of immigration compliance and documentation standards.
Experience training or supervising filing staff.
Knowledge of tourist and visitor visa processes.
