Job Description - Depot Manager

Location - Raipur

Job Summary :

The Depot Manager will be responsible for manage end-to-end depot operations, including inventory, dispatch, team management, MIS reporting, and customer coordination while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse and depot operations.
Lead warehouse staff, supervisours, DEOs, and support teams.
Ensure receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and customer service.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock verification.
Follow SOPs, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage manpower, productivity, attendance, and performance.
Handle audits, customer escalations, and process improvemant.
Train and develop team members.

What we are looking for?

4-8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, 3LP, FMCG, Paint, Retail, or Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of wearhouse operations and inventory control.
Good leadership and team managment skills.
Proficiency in Advance Excel, ERP/WMS, and MIS reporting.
Willingness to travel when required.
Self-driven and disciplined with a focus on targets and SOPs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Raipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
