Job Title: PLC Programmer

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers with strong PLC knowledge may also apply)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems for industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
Configure and program HMI and SCADA systems.
Commission and test automation systems at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and P&ID diagrams.
Integrate PLCs with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Prepare technical documentation, program backups, and commissioning reports.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical support during installation and after-sales service when required.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Omron).
Experience with HMI and SCADA development.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or CAN.
Ability to troubleshoot automation and electrical systems.
Good understanding of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for project commissioning if required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant industrial automation experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in machine automation, process automation, or special-purpose machines.
Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, robotics, or motion control is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
