Full job description

Electro-Mech Engineers is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who can actively lead recruitment and workforce management across our EPC and cold storage operations. The candidate should be capable of identifying and hiring quality talent, handling employee relations, and ensuring strict compliance and discipline across all project sites and offices.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.
Source and attract the best talent through job portals, references, LinkedIn, consultants, and campus hiring.
Conduct interviews, candidate screening, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future manpower requirements.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure statutory compliance related to employee records, PF, ESI, attendance, wages, and documentation across all sites.
Monitor and manage salary processing, attendance, leave records, and employee discipline strictly.
Maintain proper HR documentation and employee database for all site and office staff.
Coordinate with site in-charges and department heads regarding manpower deployment and workforce issues.

Employee Management & Culture

Maintain a professional and disciplined work culture across all offices and sites.
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and performance-related concerns effectively.
Ensure timely communication of company policies and HR procedures to all employees.
Support management in performance monitoring and workforce planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience (EPC/construction/project industry preferred).
Strong experience in recruitment, negotiation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work aggressively on hiring targets and workforce discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems/software.

Preferred Skills:

Strong negotiation and people-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Good understanding of labor laws and compliance procedures
Experience handling site staff and project-based manpower

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
