Role Overview

Accubright Solar is hiring a Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our market expansion across Madhya Pradesh. In this role, your primary focus will be building and managing a robust network of channel partners. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to generate direct sales leads and maximize your earnings through attractive performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Network: Identify, onboard, and manage regional channel partners, dealers, and distributors across key districts in Madhya Pradesh.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure steady lead generation and business growth.
- Direct Lead Generation: Identify direct business opportunities (residential, commercial, or industrial) and convert solar leads to drive revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional market trends, solar policies, and competitor activity in MP to position Accubright Solar effectively.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop localized sales strategies to hit partnership and sales targets efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2-3+ years of proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, dealer network management, or business development (solar or allied industries like electricals, real estate, or industrial products is a plus).
- Strong Network: Existing connections or strong familiarity with commercial/residential networks across Madhya Pradesh.
- Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
