Full job description

U.S.-focused real estate accounting and property management operations company. We help property managers, real estate owners, HOAs, and related businesses with accounting, bookkeeping, property management support, leasing operations, and workflow automation.

We are looking for a Business Development / Direct Sales Associate who can take ownership of the sales process—from identifying the right prospects to starting conversations, following up, booking meetings, and helping convert opportunities into clients.

This is not a data-entry or basic lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can actively communicate with prospects and take initiative to generate business.

What You’ll Do

Research and identify potential U.S.-based property management and real estate companies.
Find decision-makers such as owners, CEOs, property managers, controllers, and operations managers.
Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Google, industry directories, email, and other platforms to identify prospects.
Reach out to prospects through email, SMS, LinkedIn, Facebook, and phone calls.
Understand the prospect's business and identify potential accounting, bookkeeping, property management, or operational needs.
Follow up consistently with prospects rather than simply sending one message and moving on.
Qualify prospects and determine whether they are a good fit for Acrebook.
Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in the CRM.
Track conversations, responses, appointments, and conversions.
Re-engage older or inactive leads where appropriate.
Work closely with the sales team to move qualified opportunities forward.
Test different outreach approaches and improve response and appointment rates.
Research competitors, market trends, and potential target markets.
Provide regular updates on outreach activity, conversations, appointments, and sales opportunities.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who is comfortable selling and starting conversations.

You should be able to:

Take a prospect from first contact → conversation → qualification → appointment.
Write natural, personalized messages instead of relying only on generic templates.
Handle basic objections and keep conversations moving.
Make follow-up calls and speak confidently with U.S.-based prospects.
Identify when a prospect has a genuine business need.
Take initiative instead of waiting for every task to be assigned.
Research a company before reaching out.
Maintain consistent daily outreach and follow-up.
Learn from low response rates and adjust your approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

B2B sales
Business development
Inside sales
SaaS sales
Real estate sales
Property management services
Accounting/bookkeeping services
Outsourcing/BPO services
Lead qualification
Cold calling and cold outreach

Experience selling to U.S. businesses is strongly preferred.

Overall contribution to revenue

Daily Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be able to manage a consistent daily sales routine, including:

Prospecting → Outreach → Follow-up → Conversations → Qualification → Appointment Booking → CRM Updates

You will be expected to maintain your own pipeline and follow-ups rather than waiting for someone to tell you who to contact next.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday.

The role will require some overlap with U.S. business hours because you will be communicating directly with U.S.-based prospects and clients.
