Sales & Lead Generation Intern

Role: Sales & Lead Generation Intern
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Compensation: ₹500 per Successful Closure
Experience: Freshers / Students / Entry-Level Candidates

About the Role

Sourcedear is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Lead Generation Interns to support our recruitment and hiring campaigns.

The intern will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, generating leads, explaining the available career opportunities, and supporting the team in converting eligible candidates into successful joining/closures.

The current hiring campaigns include Polytechnic/WILP and industrial trainee opportunities with reputed organizations, offering candidates practical industry exposure, on-the-job training, and earning opportunities alongside their education.

Key Responsibilities

Generate candidate leads through social media, WhatsApp, referrals, college networks, and other channels.
Identify candidates who match the eligibility criteria of the available hiring programs.
Reach out to potential candidates and explain the job/internship/program details clearly.
Understand candidate requirements and answer basic queries regarding eligibility, location, salary/stipend, shifts, accommodation, transportation, and other benefits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate screening and further processing.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions on a daily basis.
Ensure accurate candidate information is collected and shared with the recruitment team.
Work towards achieving successful candidate closures during the internship period.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through continuous lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates over phone/WhatsApp.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Students, freshers, and candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or HR are welcome.

Incentive Structure

₹500 per Successful Closure

There is no fixed stipend for this internship. Earnings are performance-based, and interns will receive ₹500 for every successful candidate closure as per SourceDear closure criteria.

For example:

2 successful closures = ₹1,000
5 successful closures = ₹2,500
10 successful closures = ₹5,000

Internship Duration

1 Month

High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities with SourceDear based on performance and business requirements.
