Digital Marketing Strategist (Remote | Canadian Day Shift)

Black Rock Digital is a Canadian digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead digital campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive measurable business growth for international clients.

Position: Digital Marketing Strategist - Remote permenant
Experience: 7+ Years
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Salary: Up to ₹55,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Payroll Company: TBCS India
Shift: Canadian Day Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Preferred: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for international clients.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI.
Review campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creatives, and landing pages.
Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting.
Analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
Lead client meetings and present campaign performance reports.
Collaborate with designers, developers, content writers, and paid media teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

6+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
Strong agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion Tracking
Google Merchant Center
Looker Studio (preferred)
Experience working with international clients (Canada, USA, UK, or Australia).
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
