Qualification: BDS / PGDHM or equivalent Healthcare Management qualification

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Manager with strong expertise in EHR/EMR implementation, clinical operations, healthcare product development, and US healthcare systems. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with doctors, clinical teams, engineering teams, and stakeholders to build patient-centric healthcare solutions compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute healthcare product strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, implementation, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in preventive healthcare, remote patient monitoring, and digital health solutions.
Handle EHR/EMR implementation activities, client requirement gathering, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and clinical configuration support.
Define and document product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
Ensure products comply with US healthcare regulations and standards including HIPAA, FDA, AHA, and ADA guidelines.
Collaborate with clinical researchers, bioinformaticians, and technical teams for healthcare product innovation and data-driven solutions.
Support Clinical Operations, Go-To-Market strategies, stakeholder communication, and product adoption initiatives.
Monitor product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Drive patient-centric healthcare initiatives focused on clinical decision support and personalized medicine solutions.
