Job Description – Customer Support Representative (CSR)

5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
1:00 AM – 9:30 AM

We are expanding our Customer Support team and are looking for technically skilled professionals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent support experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via chat, email, and support tickets.
Assist users with product-related queries, setup guidance, and troubleshooting.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive user experience.
Stay updated on RecurPost features, workflows, and product updates.
Follow support processes and SLAs consistently.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support for a SaaS product or software product is mandatory.
Technical background is required.
Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT or another relevant technical background is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical understanding of web applications and SaaS platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
Good computer proficiency and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Prior experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, or live chat platforms.
Experience supporting web-based SaaS products.
Good typing speed and strong computer proficiency.
