About Moojic

Moojic is an in-store radio and digital signage solution that helps retail and hospitality brands create better customer experiences through curated music, sonic branding, promotional announcements and centralized in-store communication.

We work with leading brands across retail, fashion, footwear, hospitality, QSR and other customer-facing businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager - In-store Radio & Retail Solutions who is driven, persistent and passionate about winning new business.

This is a new client acquisition role. You will be responsible for identifying potential brands, reaching decision-makers, creating sales opportunities, pitching Moojic and ultimately closing deals.

This is a full-time work-from-home position.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in - you create the pipeline yourself.

What You'll Do

Identify and build a pipeline of potential retail and hospitality brands
Research companies and identify the right decision-makers
Make cold calls and generate sales conversations
Execute targeted email outreach and email marketing campaigns
Use LinkedIn and other channels to identify and connect with prospects
Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product presentations
Meet clients in person whenever required
Understand customer requirements and position Moojic's solutions effectively
Prepare proposals and handle commercial negotiations
Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Build relationships with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, retail heads, operations heads and other decision-makers
Own the complete sales process from prospecting → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales activity records
Explore new markets, industries and opportunities for Moojic

Who We're Looking For

3-5 years of B2B sales / Client Acquisition experience
Experience in retail, hospitality, media, advertising, SaaS, technology or related industries is preferred
Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
Strong email writing and outreach abilities
Ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline from scratch
Highly target-oriented and persistent
Excellent follow-up discipline
Willingness to experiment with different approaches to win clients
Previous experience selling to retail brands is a major advantage
Experience with hospitality, malls, restaurants or QSRs is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings whenever required

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for a hunter, not an order-taker.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone and calling a brand you've never spoken to.

You should be able to find the right decision-maker, get their attention, book the meeting, follow up persistently and close the deal.

Working from home doesn't mean working independently of the team. We expect strong ownership, regular communication and consistent sales activity.

If you're the kind of person who sees a difficult prospect as a challenge rather than a rejection, you'll fit well into this role.

Compensation

Starting Salary: ₹35,000/month

The compensation can be increased to ₹50,000/month in 6 months once the candidate demonstrates strong sales ability, prospecting skills, industry understanding and the ability to independently generate and close business.

Performance incentives/commission can be discussed based on experience and results.
