We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our newly established online IGCSE (UK Curriculum) School.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the academic and administrative operations of the online school.
Ensure high-quality teaching and curriculum implementation.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers.
Monitor lesson delivery, student progress, and academic performance.
Conduct teacher meetings and provide academic guidance.
Handle parent communications and resolve academic concerns.
Ensure compliance with Cambridge/IGCSE standards and school policies.
Support admissions and school development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master's Degree in a relevant subject. Ph.D./Doctorate in Education or a related field will be an added advantage
M.Ed. or B.Ed. is mandatory.
Cambridge/IGCSE/UK Curriculum certifications or relevant educational leadership certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Academic Director).
Strong knowledge of the IGCSE/UK Curriculum and online teaching methodologies.
Experience in establishing or leading a new school.
Experience with Cambridge Assessment International Education processes and school accreditation.
