Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fresher

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking to bring on a motivated Civil Engineer (Fresher) who is eager to start their career in the construction and engineering domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a disciplined educational background from a convent school, and a basic understanding of proposal writing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects
Support in preparing basic proposals, documents, and reports
Coordinate with internal teams and clients through clear verbal and written communication
Maintain project documentation and records
Assist in site visits, quantity estimation, and basic technical tasks
Follow company standards, timelines, and quality guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Educational background from a Convent School (mandatory)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Basic knowledge of proposal writing or documentation
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in civil engineering, construction, or related fields
Exposure to proposal writing, bidding documents, or project documentation
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools

Experience:

Freshers are welcome
Internship experience will be an added advantage
