Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.
Identify job opportunities and placement requirements from companies.

Follow up with recruiters and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Achieve placement targets and ensure successful candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in coordinating with employers and candidates.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases/ATS platforms.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with educational institutions, training organizations, staffing firms, or EdTech companies.
Existing network of hiring managers and corporate contacts is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
