Job Title: Project Coordinator (E-commerce / Agency)

Location: Remote (Working in EST Time Zone)
Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations Coordination, Process Coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce agency is preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce and digital marketing projects for US and Canada–based clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, ensure timely communication, and help keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Follow up with internal teams including PPC, SEO, Design, Content, Data, Development, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Support Project Managers in tracking project progress and resolving blockers.
Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager when required.
Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Process Management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and digital marketing processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, or similar marketplaces.
Basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing workflows.
Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.

Nice to Have

Experience working with US or Canada clients.
Knowledge of supply chain or e-commerce operations.
Understanding of Agile or project management best practices.
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
