We're a 100% remote, values-driven team that believes in ownership, learning, care, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance manager to lead our finance function and support business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management, and process improvement in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, bookkeeping records, and financial statements.
Manage invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CAs), auditors, and other consultants.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Generate actionable business insights through financial analysis and dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Strengthen finance processes and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Experience preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Compensation

₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and the ability to independently manage finance operations, accounting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and business analysis.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
