Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

CTC: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-organised Front Office Executive to manage reception and day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle coordination work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk and reception operations efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor records, courier management, and incoming/outgoing mails.
Support day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation.
Coordinate staff attendance records and support routine HR/admin activities.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
Schedule meetings and assist in internal coordination.
Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of the reception and common office areas.
Support management with general administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Additional Experience

Prior experience in handling travel coordination, hotel bookings, and meeting arrangements will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

7–8 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administration roles.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentable, polite, and professional personality.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle calls, visitors, and office operations independently.
Preference will be given to local candidates and immediate joiners.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
