Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and a proven track record in sales and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and proactively offer relevant solutions and products/services.
Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to achieve growth targets and expand the company's footprint.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies and product enhancements.
Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or escalations promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports within the CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, retention goals, and other key performance indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding client needs and market opportunities.
