Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
Build and maintain a database of prospective educational clients.
Make outbound cold calls to school administrators, principals, management representatives, and decision-makers to introduce the company's products and services.
Generate qualified leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
Understand the requirements of educational institutions and identify suitable business opportunities.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM) with qualified prospects.
Coordinate with the BDM to ensure seamless follow-up and successful demo execution.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and demo schedules in the CRM or sales tracker.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales materials for client meetings.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the education sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns targeting educational institutions.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in making outbound cold calls and engaging with decision-makers.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with principals, school management, college administrators, and institutional representatives.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
