Position: Maintenance Technician
Industry: Real Estate / Facility Management
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Location: Jhajjar
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance activities for residential/commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance-related systems while maintaining safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil issues.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems regularly to identify maintenance needs.
Handle breakdowns and emergency repair work promptly.
Maintain DG sets, water pumps, lighting systems, and basic HVAC systems.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repair work.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed properly.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations.
Respond to tenant/customer complaints related to maintenance issues.
Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and materials.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Minimum 4–5 years of maintenance experience in real estate, residential societies, commercial buildings, or facility management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
