Full job description

General Administration

Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to the school administration.
Maintain accurate records, files, registers, and confidential documents.
Prepare letters, reports, circulars, notices, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, workshops, and parent interactions.

Stores & Inventory Support

Maintain records of stock, stationery, uniforms, books, cleaning materials, and other school supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment requirements.
Assist in receiving, verifying, issuing, and recording materials.
Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and maintain purchase records.
Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain inventory reports.

Accounts Support

Assist the accounts department with routine administrative tasks.
Maintain payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Help prepare fee collection records and basic financial reports.
Coordinate documentation for vendor payments and reimbursements.
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of financial records.
Support audit documentation and compliance requirements as directed.

Canteen Administration

Coordinate with the canteen vendor/management for smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock records and supply requirements for the canteen.
Maintain records of canteen purchases, bills, and vendor invoices.
Assist in ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with school standards.
Coordinate feedback from students and staff regarding canteen services.

Office & Operational Support

Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of required materials.
Coordinate courier services, document dispatch, and record keeping.
Support staff onboarding documentation and administrative formalities.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and security teams for operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in school administration, office administration, or back-office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
