Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer (Fresher) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and programming, with a willingness to learn and contribute to real-world AI solutions. You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning models.
Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Develop AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Support the implementation of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation solutions.
Integrate AI models with web, mobile, or enterprise applications through APIs.
Conduct model evaluation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Participate in research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development processes.

Required Technical Skills

Strong programming knowledge in Python.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Knowledge of REST APIs and Git version control.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agents.
Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and vector databases.
Experience with personal, academic, or open-source AI projects.
Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or AI research projects is a plus.
