Full job description

We are a fast-growing US-based women's fashion e-commerce brand selling dresses through Shopify. We are looking for a highly creative professional who can lead our brand's visual identity and ensure every creative asset reflects a premium international standard.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional creative judgment—someone who naturally understands what looks appealing, what doesn't, how products should be presented, and how to create visuals that capture customers' attention and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall creative vision and brand presentation across all marketing channels.
Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.
Plan and direct product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, promotional videos, and social media content.
Review all creative assets before publishing to ensure they meet brand standards.
Guide the team on layouts, typography, color palettes, styling, product presentation, and storytelling.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, website banners, and social media.
Continuously improve the visual quality and consistency of the brand.
Research competitors, fashion trends, and consumer preferences to inspire fresh creative concepts.
Mentor creative team members and maintain high standards across every project.
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Manager, Art Director, or similar leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and creative direction.
Excellent understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience leading designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative professionals.
Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives for Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Ability to make creative decisions independently and provide clear direction to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international fashion, apparel, clothing, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Experience with Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Passion for fashion, branding, photography, and premium visual design.

Pay: ₹16,793.51 - ₹62,638.88 per month
