We're looking for someone who can turn a "Not Interested" into "Tell me more..."If you're the kind of person who enjoys talking to people, asks great questions, listens more than you speak, and can make strangers comfortable within the first 30 seconds, we should probably talk.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the Gulf Countries [ Dubai , Saudi Arabia , Kuwait , Oman ]

Qualifying leads by understanding their business, challenges, and current processes.

Keeping conversations engaging—not by reading scripts, but by having meaningful discussions.

Following up with prospects through calls, emails, and whatsapp.

Building relationships instead of chasing transactions.

Working with the sales team to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.

✔ Speaks and writes excellent English with confidence and clarity.

✔ Can naturally steer conversations without sounding like a telemarketer.

✔ Knows when to ask questions and when to simply listen.

✔ Understands that curiosity closes more meetings than aggressive selling.

✔ Can think on your feet when conversations don't go according to script.

✔ Is organized enough to keep CRM records updated and accurate.

✔ Loves learning about businesses and identifying opportunities.

✔ Handles rejection professionally without taking it personally.

✔ Believes every "No" is simply data for the next conversation.

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience in IT Industry Mainly for Web Development and Digital Marketing Services

⭐ Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.

⭐ A naturally positive personality that customers remember.
