Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate with warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching goods.
Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments to align warehouse operations with business needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage of goods.
Train and supervise warehouse staff; delegate tasks effectively.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., where necessary.
Prepare reports on stock levels, damage, and order discrepancies.
Assist in improving operational efficiencies and cost reduction strategies.
