Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client engagement, presentations, market analysis, and strategic support while working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and support.

· Conduct client presentations, product/service demos, and proposal walkthroughs.

· Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

· Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.

· Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.

· Support marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and events.

· Handle client feedback, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong client relationship and communication skills (verbal & written).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Ability to perform market analysis and competitor research.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

· Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

· 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or related roles.

· Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
