Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
