Site Engineer – Aarco Builders (Theni, Tamil Nadu)

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Theni, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Aarco Builders is a growing construction company specializing in residential and commercial building projects. We are committed to delivering quality construction, timely project completion, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
Manage material requirements and coordinate procurement with the office team.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Conduct site inspections and identify issues before they impact project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and clients when required.
Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance records, and material consumption records.
Attend weekly review meetings and submit progress updates to management.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and site execution.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
