The Franchise Application, Agreement & Induction Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete onboarding process of new franchise partners. This includes reviewing franchise applications, coordinating franchise agreements, maintaining documentation, and organizing induction and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new franchisees into the ST Courier network.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Franchise Application Management
Receive and review franchise applications from prospective partners.
Verify applicant details, business background, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with internal departments for approval of franchise proposals.
Maintain accurate records of all franchise applications.
2. Franchise Agreement Coordination
Prepare and process franchise agreements as per company policies.
Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.
Coordinate with legal and management teams for agreement finalization.
Maintain proper documentation and digital records of signed agreements.
3. Franchise Onboarding & Induction
Organize induction programs for newly approved franchise partners.
Provide orientation about company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate training sessions related to booking, delivery processes, and customer service.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all franchise documentation including KYC, agreements, and approvals are properly filed.
Maintain both hard copy and digital records in the company system.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
5. Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary contact point for new franchise partners during the onboarding process.
Coordinate with operations, accounts, IT, and training teams for smooth franchise setup.
Provide timely updates to management regarding franchise onboarding progress.
6. Reporting
Prepare periodic reports on franchise applications, approvals, and onboarding status.
Maintain database and MIS reports related to franchise development.
