Full job description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Srishti Innovative.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media branding, digital marketing strategy, and marketing automation, along with an interest in emerging AI-powered marketing tools.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, generate new ideas, manage a team, and communicate confidently with clients, students, and trainees.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Website Marketing

Manage and execute SEO strategies for company and client websites.
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and search performance.
Prepare SEO reports and recommend improvement strategies.

2. Paid Advertising

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop campaigns based on business objectives, target audience, and budgets.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights.

3. Social Media & Branding

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for the company and clients.
Support social media branding, content planning, campaign ideas, and audience growth.
Identify emerging trends and develop creative marketing concepts.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.

4. Strategy & Innovation

Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
Bring new ideas, innovative campaigns, and growth opportunities to the team.
Research emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and technologies.
Explore and implement AI tools for content creation, marketing, analytics, and productivity.
Identify opportunities for digital automation and workflow optimization.

5. Team Management & Training

Coordinate and manage digital marketing team members and interns.
Guide interns and students in practical digital marketing activities.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations when required.
Represent the organization during training programs and client engagements.
Support the development of training content and practical learning activities.

6. Creative & Design Support

Possess a basic understanding of logo creation, branding, and visual communication.
Work with tools such as Canva and other design platforms.
Create or coordinate basic social media creatives and campaign materials.
Use AI-powered creative tools to improve marketing output and productivity.
