Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver daily lessons and activities aligned to Raising Cubs curriculum and learning outcomes, using play-based and inquiry approaches.
Create an inclusive, stimulating and safe classroom environment that supports social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
Conduct ongoing observation, assessment and documentation of each child’s learning; maintain portfolios and prepare progress reports.
Manage classroom routines, transitions and behaviour positively using guidance strategies consistent with centre policy (no corporal punishment).
Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication, meetings and written updates.
Collaborate with centre staff and Head of Centre on planning, events, enrolment, and centre improvement.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, safety and hygiene protocols; participate in drills and maintain accurate incident records.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development and trainings; share learning with peers.
Support and supervise assistants, volunteers and interns as required.
Maintain classroom resources, request supplies, and ensure tidy learning spaces.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
