Good knowledge of materials — PP, PS, PC, ABS (processing temperatures, behavior, shrinkage)
Ability to read and follow mold setup sheets and production instructions
Basic machine troubleshooting skills
Experience in toy molding / consumer plastic products preferred
Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production
Set up machines for new jobs including mold changeovers and parameter setting
Handle and process plastic materials such as PP, PS, PC, and ABS
Ensure consistent product quality as per toy specifications (dimensions, finish, color)
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or mold issues (short shots, flash, sink marks, etc.)
Maintain daily production records and report output to supervisor
Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workstation
Assist with blow molding operations when required
