What does a Recruiter do at WPP Production?
We are looking for a highly driven, data-oriented Recruiter to support hiring across multiple regions, including California, Miami, and Hyderabad.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can operate with both speed and precision. Beyond execution, the Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring teams—using data, market insights, and strong storytelling to influence decisions, guide stakeholders, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
This is a hands-on role in a globally integrated team, where adaptability, ownership, and a proactive mindset are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruitment across full-time and freelance roles, supporting multiple regions and business lines.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide decision-making.
- Candidate Assessment & Delivery: Lead initial screening, assess candidates against role requirements, and present strong, well-qualified shortlists with clear recommendations.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and pipeline analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
- Process Management & Coordination: Ensure a seamless interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups, maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Offer Management & Closing: Partner with HR and stakeholders to manage offers, aligning on compensation, contracts, and start dates.
- Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Building: Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines across regions and skill sets.
- Global Hiring Support: Operate as part of a global recruiting model, flexing across regions (CA, MIA, BA, and others) based on hiring demand.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Employer Branding: Represent WPP Production as a strong brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed, including coordination tasks to support the broader recruiting team and hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within digital, creative, or content production environments.
- Global & High-Volume Hiring: Experience supporting multiple regions and managing a high volume of roles and candidates.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to use data and insights to drive decisions, track performance, and improve outcomes.
- Influence & Storytelling: Ability to clearly articulate candidate value, influence hiring teams, and guide stakeholders through hiring decisions.
- Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: Brings new ideas, challenges the status quo, and continuously looks for better ways to deliver results.
- Sense of Urgency: Moves with speed while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Systems & Tools: Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse).
Shift Flexibility Requirement: The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.
