Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Channel Partner Sourcing Manager to lead our broker network expansion. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and manage external real estate channel partners (brokers, agencies, independent consultants, and prop-tech firms) to drive project visibility and high-converting leads for our [residential/commercial] portfolio. You will serve as the primary bridge between our firm and external sales partners, ensuring sustained sales volume, faster inventory absorption, and long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner Onboarding & Network Expansion

Identify & Source: Map regional real estate markets to identify active, reputable channel partners, brokerage firms, and independent consultants.
Onboarding & Compliance: Execute formal channel partner agreements, ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations (e.g., RERA registration where applicable), and establish standard operating procedures.
Database Management: Build and continuously update a robust, structured database of active channel partners across key target regions.

2. Relationship & Performance Management

Enablement & Training: Conduct project briefings, site orientation tours, and product presentations for channel partners to align them with selling points, pricing, payment plans, and legal terms.
Pipeline Activation: Work closely with partners to ensure a steady stream of qualified prospects, scheduled site visits, and final conversions.
CP Engagement Events: Organize channel partner meets, project launches, open houses, and recognition events to foster loyalty and maintain top-of-mind recall.
Incentive Tracking: Coordinate with internal accounts/sales ops to ensure prompt payout of commissions, slab bonuses, and promotional incentives to maintain trust.

3. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

Market Mapping: Track competitor pricing, marketing campaigns, and channel partner commission structures to ensure our developer offerings remain competitive.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the direct conduit between external channel partners and the internal closing sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and site visit coordination.
Reporting: Maintain real-time logs in the company CRM tracking partner engagement, site visits generated, lead-to-booking ratios, and overall revenue contribution per partner.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Partner Acquisition: Number of active, producing channel partners onboarded per quarter.
Lead & Site Visit Generation: Volume of qualified leads and completed client site visits driven through channel partners.
Sales Volume / Absorption: Total inventory booked/sold via channel partner channels.
