Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and strategic leader to manage our premium tertiary eye care facility. In this role, you will hold complete profit and loss (P&L) accountability, driving business growth through aggressive patient conversion and clinical referral networks. You do not need a medical background. Instead, you need an entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate strategically with world-class ophthalmic surgeons and lead operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Acceleration

· Revenue Ownership: Direct all branch operations to meet and exceed monthly financial targets

· Conversion Management: Drive high conversion rates from Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations to premium surgical procedures (e.g., Advises, Counsellor conversions, advanced LASIK, premium IOLs).

· Co-Partner with BD team : Work closely with with BD team to ensure that CMEs, Camps, Aggregators and corporate references are built up continuously. Go out in the market, meet doctors for generating referrals and meet corporates do a tie up and collaboration with them to drive in maximum New footfalls.

Strategic Collaboration

· Doctor Engagement: Partner with consultants and ophthalmic surgeons to optimize surgical scheduling and resource allocation.

· Clinical Alignment: Align medical staff with hospital financial goals while respecting clinical ethics and patient-first care.

· Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve daily operational issues quickly. Ability to work with cross functional teams like Regional Team and Central team.

· Weekly & Monthly Meets – Ensure to have regular meets with Branch employees, Doctors and Regional Team with an agenda of upward Sales growth.

Operational Excellence

· Patient Experience: Champion a hospitality-driven patient journey to maximize satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth.

· Resource Optimization: Manage daily operational costs, Manpower costs, inventory (optical, pharmacy, surgical consumables), and billing workflows.

· Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a large cross-functional team of patient counsellors, front-office staff, Optical, Pharmacy & OT staff.

· Audits – ZERO NCs or minimize errors in various Audits like NABH (Entry & Full) CGHS and any Internal

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.

· Experience: 5 to 10 years of core sales in Health care , Telecom or FMCG and with branch operations / Unit handling experience.

· Industry Background: Experience in high-conversion, Consumer / Patient-facing industries is highly preferred (e.g., Healthcare, Hospitals, retail, insurance, telecom)

· Skills: Exceptional Inter Personal Relationship skills, relationship building, P&L management, and corporate presentation skills.

· Mindset: High energy, sales-oriented, and capable of earning the trust of highly qualified medical professionals
