Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Executive to support electrical engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering document packages, maintaining document records, uploading documents to customer portals, and coordinating drawing approvals between the engineering team and customers.

This role requires excellent computer skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple project documents.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare document packages for customer submission.
Upload engineering drawings and documents to customer portals.
Maintain document revision history and document registers.
Track customer comments and approval status.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and customer representatives.
Prepare transmittals, document index sheets, cover letters, and submission records.
Ensure all documents comply with customer submission requirements.
Follow up for drawing approvals and maintain approval logs.
Maintain project documentation in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint or similar document management systems.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good typing and computer skills.
Ability to organize and manage engineering documents.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

Diploma / BE (Electrical) or Any Graduate.
Freshers with excellent MS Office skills can apply.
Experience in document control or engineering documentation is an added advantage.
Knowledge of electrical drawings is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joining preferred.
Experience in customer portal document submission is an advantage.
Experience with Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, or EPC projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
