About Lennora

Lennora is a contemporary Indian linen clothing brand rooted in thoughtful design, craftsmanship and modern everyday dressing. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Intern to join our growing team and help build Lennora's digital presence.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys fashion and can turn ideas into engaging content.

You will work closely with the founder and be involved in content creation, social media management, campaign execution and basic digital marketing, with opportunities to contribute across the brand's marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Instagram activity, including posts, Reels and Stories
Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
Assist in creating fashion-focused Reels, BTS content, styling content and product storytelling
Shoot basic content using a phone and assist during photoshoots
Edit short-form videos and create engaging social media content
Write captions and basic copy aligned with the brand's tone
Research fashion, social media and content trends relevant to Lennora
Assist with product launches, collection campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate with photographers, models, influencers and other creative collaborators when required
Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
Support website content and product uploads
Assist with WhatsApp marketing, customer communication and other digital marketing activities
Track basic social media performance and identify what content is working
Support exhibitions, events and other brand marketing activities when required
Maintain consistency in Lennora’s visual identity and communication across platforms.
Assist in creating basic digital creatives for social media, website and marketing campaigns.
Support the creation of story templates, promotional creatives, banners and other brand communication.

What We're Looking For

Strong interest in fashion, branding and social media
Good understanding of Instagram and short-form content
Creative eye and ability to understand visual aesthetics
Good communication and organisational skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing fashion brand
Basic photography/video skills using a smartphone
Ability to work independently as well as with the founder and team
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:

Canva
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CapCut or other video-editing tools
Basic photography/videography
Influencer marketing
Website/e-commerce platforms

Graphic design knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
