Full job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality software/hardware products. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We consult, design, and develop tailored solutions for the customer market, based on their specific technical and commercial constraints.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, allowing them to focus on delivering high-value increments.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles, enhancing their skills and promoting self-organization within the team.
Track project progress and team performance using relevant metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and management, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
Utilize technical knowledge to engage effectively with development teams, understanding challenges and facilitating discussions that lead to solutions.
Responsible for the delivery of the software applications
Ability to work as Scrum master on the software project using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)

What You Bring

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and software architecture.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with good knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams effectively while managing competing priorities.
Hands on technical experience as Developer, DevOps.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
A customer-centric, open-minded attitude with a commitment to continuous skill development.
