Full job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end reconciliation and financial operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling high-volume transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end reconciliation for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes
Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies, settlement issues, and revenue leakages
Independently manage monthly closing activities and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance for issue resolution
Review and validate invoices, settlements, and commission structures across marketplaces
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness
Improve reconciliation processes, controls, and documentation for better operational efficiency
Handle multiple priorities and ensure timely closure of accounts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
2–4 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry
Strong experience in reconciliation and financial operations

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, Data Analysis)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience handling Amazon, Meesho, or Flipkart reconciliation
Experience in high-volume transaction environments
Process improvement and automation mindset

Key Attributes:

Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Deadline-driven with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
