About Us

We aim to make learning more impactful and future-focused for everyone. Currently, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who genuinely wants to build a brand that creates real impact. If you love storytelling, branding, digital growth, experimentation, psychology-driven marketing and building communities, this role is for you.

This is not a typical marketing role.

You will act as a brand strategist, helping EduGuild grow into a trusted and influential education brand. We need someone who is obsessed with creativity, execution, learning and innovation. If you are only looking for a routine marketing job with limited ownership, this role will not work for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead the Marketing Ecosystem

Head and guide the overall marketing department.
Build and improve EduGuild’s branding and growth strategy.
Ensure all marketing efforts align with business goals and audience needs.
Create scalable systems for long-term brand growth.

2) Build & Execute Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute digital marketing and brand campaigns across multiple platforms.
Handle social media, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and community growth.
Track campaign performance, generate leads and optimize conversion strategies.

3) Brand & Content Leadership

Build strong brand positioning and audience-focused campaigns.
Lead the creation of marketing content, ad creatives, videos, social media campaigns and brand communication.
Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms and touchpoints.

4) Growth & Community Building

Build meaningful online and offline communities.
Develop audience engagement and retention strategies.
Build partnerships, collaborations and brand alliances.
Increase EduGuild’s reach, trust and visibility.

5) Leadership & Innovation

Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Build a culture of creativity, ownership and experimentation.
Stay updated with marketing trends, tools and consumer behavior.
Contribute to EduGuild’s long-term growth vision.

Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required
