Education: Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to improve Jobin & Jismi’s visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

The role will focus on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), with responsibility for increasing organic traffic, search rankings, AI visibility, website performance, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies for company websites.
Conduct keyword, search-intent, competitor, and content-gap research.
Optimise webpages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, metadata, URLs, internal links, and images.
Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, page speed, mobile usability, redirects, and broken links.
Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
Manage backlink building, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimisation.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.

GEO and AEO

Improve brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, voice search, and other AI platforms.
Structure content so it can be easily understood, summarised, and cited by search and AI engines.
Create and optimise FAQs, pillar pages, topic clusters, comparison pages, expert content, case studies, and original insights.
Optimise content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, conversational searches, and zero-click results.
Improve brand and entity consistency across websites, partner pages, business listings, and external platforms.
Implement and validate relevant schema markup and structured data.

Website, Content and Analytics

Publish and optimise website content using the company CMS.
Prepare SEO briefs and review content before publication.
Recommend improvements to content structure, user journey, calls to action, and conversions.
Track performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Prepare reports covering traffic, rankings, conversions, technical issues, and AI-search visibility.

Skills and Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in SEO or organic digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Understanding of GEO, AEO, AI search, and conversational search.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Knowledge of schema markup, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, WordPress, and basic HTML.
Strong research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, ERP, or IT services is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

Google Analytics, Semrush SEO, HubSpot SEO, or relevant digital marketing certifications.
