JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAD / MANAGER – LIAISONING, LAND ACQUISITION & LEGAL COORDINATION

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 Per Month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Liaisoning, Land Acquisition & Legal Coordination Department.

- Handle end-to-end Government Liaisoning with Nagar Nigam, RDA, Town & Country Planning, Revenue Department and other government authorities.

- Manage land identification, acquisition, documentation, due diligence and approval processes.

- Handle building permissions, layout approvals, NOCs, diversion, land-use permissions and other statutory approvals.

- Coordinate with legal consultants, advocates and government departments regarding land and property-related matters.

- Review and understand sale deeds, agreements, title documents, land records, mutation, Khasra/B-1 and other property documentation.

- Identify potential legal/documentation issues in land transactions and coordinate with the legal team for resolution.

- Handle land-related objections, disputes, notices and government correspondence in coordination with legal professionals.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the land acquisition and project approval process.

- Lead, train and supervise the complete Liaisoning & Land Acquisition team.

- Coordinate closely with Legal, Projects, Construction, Finance and Senior Management.

- Maintain project-wise records of approvals, permissions, legal matters and government follow-ups.

- Take complete ownership of departmental targets, timelines and critical government/legal matters.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on land acquisition, approvals, legal issues and pending matters.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Land Development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Government Liaisoning and Land Acquisition.

- Must have experience dealing with Nagar Nigam, RDA, Town & Country Planning, Revenue Department and other authorities.

- Good working knowledge of real estate/property laws, land documentation and statutory approval processes.

- Ability to understand and review property-related legal documents and coordinate effectively with advocates/legal consultants.

- Strong team management and department leadership experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Should be capable of independently managing the entire department at a Head-level position.

- Candidates with strong knowledge of Raipur/Chhattisgarh land and government procedures will be preferred.

A senior professional who can independently handle Government Liaisoning + Land Acquisition + Legal Coordination, lead a team and take ownership of the complete department for a real estate organization.
