Full job description

Job Title

CRM & Telecalling Executive (Construction )

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding construction projects and property inquiries.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure timely customer updates.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
Achieve telecalling and lead conversion targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM, or sales (construction/real estate experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
