Job Description – HR Generalist

Company: Achayan's Heritage Restaurant
Location: Changanassery, Kerala
Position: HR Generalist/Manager/Sr.Manager
Experience Required: 10 + Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Achayan's Heritage Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Generalist to manage and coordinate all HR-related activities across our three restaurant locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, payroll support, and overall HR operations in a fast-paced and high quality delivery work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all branches.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Coordinate staff requirements and manpower planning across the three locations.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance details.
Address employee concerns and maintain positive workplace relations.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and discipline procedures.
Conduct employee orientation and assist in training coordination.
Monitor staff performance and support branch operations when required.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR practices.
Coordinate with management regarding staffing updates and HR reports.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with different teams.
Good knowledge of attendance, payroll support, and employee handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR documentation.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
Malayalam and English communication skills.
Ability to handle hiring under pressure and urgent staffing requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Changanacheri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

HR or Admin: 10 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
