Key Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver structured training in all four OET components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, tailored to nurses, doctors, or pharmacists.
Evaluate student performance through mock tests and provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve skills.
Create and update teaching resources, study materials, and practice exercises based on the latest OET patterns.
Conduct speaking role-plays that simulate real-world medical interactions.
Track progress and provide personalized coaching to help students achieve their target scores.
Guide candidates on effective exam techniques and time management

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Proven high proficiency in English (e.g., minimum B grade in OET or equivalent).
Previous experience as an OET trainer or teaching English to healthcare professionals is usually required.
A degree in English, or a healthcare-related field (for sector-specific training).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students.
Ability to conduct engaging online or classroom session.
