Full job description

The Senior Sales Executive Horeca will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (Horeca) sector. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Horeca segment.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other hospitality establishments.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Horeca industry.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas.
Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges.
Negotiate complex contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and regular performance reports to management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service improvements.
Proactively resolve any customer issues or concerns, ensuring a positive client experience.
Mentor and support junior sales team members as required.
