Business Development & Sales Executive Jodhpur, Rajasthan | HST Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. | Full-time

About HST HST Hospitality is a Rajasthan-based hotel ownership, management, and F&B development platform, with a growing portfolio of 180+ keys and 10+ F&B outlets across Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, and Jawai. Our brands span boutique hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, and catering — and we're expanding fast.

About the Role We're hiring a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow revenue across our portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role — you'll be generating business directly, building relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event clients, and helping push our products into the market. Full training in hospitality sales will be provided — we're looking for hustle, communication skills, and a genuine interest in the industry more than prior hotel experience.

What You'll Do

Generate new business leads across corporate, travel trade, MICE, and events segments
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and event planners
Pitch and sell HST's hotel rooms, banquet spaces, F&B outlets, and catering services
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth across properties
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property walkthroughs
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (CRM/tracker discipline)
Coordinate with reservations, F&B, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experience
Represent HST at local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable meeting new people and pitching confidently
Self-motivated with a results-driven, target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and email
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus — not mandatory
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
