Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and control QC-related documents, records and registers.
Handle document submission, distribution, filing and retrieval.
Maintain document revisions and ensure the latest approved documents are available.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain Excel-based records.
Coordinate with QC inspectors, production teams, clients and surveyors for documentation.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records and other project documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in document control, data entry or QC documentation, preferably in shipbuilding, marine, construction or heavy engineering.
Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of DMS/EDMS is an advantage.
Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
